Publications
My research focuses on Science of Science, Complex Networks, and Academic Career Development. I use data-driven approaches to understand how mentorship, team size, and network structures affect scientific survival and success in the life-course perspective. Recently, my research has also expanded to include the evolution of cross-disciplinary knowledge.
